Map to Safe Haven Museum Take either New York Route 481 or Route 48 to Oswego. Turn right on U.S. Route 104. Turn left on E. 7th Street. After you go beneath the railroad bridge, the museum is the first building on the left.	Hours of Operation Summer hours (begin Memorial Day): Tuesday - Sunday: 10 - 4   Monday: Closed Fall/Winter hours:   Wednesday, Friday - Sunday: noon - 4 Group tours are available.
